Job description

The Role:
The BIM Manager is responsible for leading the company’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy, standards, and digital delivery across all projects. This role ensures the consistent implementation of BIM methodologies, drives innovation in digital design processes, and supports project teams in delivering coordinated, high-quality, and data-rich models.
Working closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and external consultants, the BIM Manager establishes best practices, develops company standards, and leads the continuous evolution of the company’s digital capabilities.

Responsibilities:
The BIM Manager is accountable for:
– Company-wide BIM implementation and digital delivery.
– Development and maintenance of BIM standards and workflows.
– Quality and consistency of BIM models across all projects.
– Compliance with project BIM requirements and international standards.
– Continuous improvement of digital design processes.
– Development and management of BIM libraries, templates, and content.
–  Successful multidisciplinary coordination across projects.
– Staff training and professional development in BIM technologies.
– Evaluation and implementation of emerging digital technologies.
– Supporting project teams to achieve efficient, coordinated, and high-quality project delivery.

Required profile

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
– Minimum 8–12 years of BIM experience within architecture, engineering, or multidisciplinary design firms.
– Minimum 3–5 years in a BIM leadership or management role.
– Extensive experience delivering complex, large-scale projects using BIM.
– Strong understanding of BIM implementation across all project phases.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and consultant coordination.
