Absolute Linkers is looking for a Finance Manager for a global engineering group to join their Guangzhou office.
Responsibilities:
– Lead the Finance Shared Service team, based in Guangzhou, supporting business operations in Hong Kong and Mainland China
– Drive and monitor Shared Services team transition process
– Oversee accounting operations, tax, and audit
– People development
– Corporate cost effectiveness, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
– Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with group policies and local regulations
– Process improvement to enhance operational efficiency
– Participate in Group and Asia initiatives
Required profile
Qualification and requirements:
– A senior Finance professional with strong presence and impeccable integrity
– Track record of strong leadership, taking initiatives and meeting challenges
– 8-10 years solid accounting experience with 3-5 years in supervisory role, audit experience a plus
– Good communicator and team worker
– Mature, self-motivated, independent, strong management and organizational skill
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
– Degree holder or tertiary educated with major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
– Qualified CPA or equivalent
– Good knowledge and understanding of China tax rules and transfer pricing requirements
– Project management and professional services industry experience a plus
– Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge in Oracle or other ERP systems
