业务发展经理 (大湾区) – BD Manager (Great Bay Area)

Description:

Directly reporting to the principal in charge of Asia practice, the candidate will be responsible for managing all related aspects of the company’s business development activities in great bay area .

Responsibilities:

1.Work with the principal and support the company’s market leaders as appropriate in the firm’s initiatives in great bay area. Generate new projects by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and/or new clients and consultants

2.Responsible for the firm’s business development efforts and supporting the strategic efforts of the principal and partners group.

3.Expand network, management, and professional capabilities through membership and participation in professional organizations as identified and approved by the principal and partners leadership.

4.Responsible for proactively providing business development progress reports on a weekly basis to the principal .

5. Demonstrate the core values of the firm and in every instance provide the highest level of service to the company’s internal and external clients.

Requirements

1. Execute business development plans .

2. Work in conjunction with principal and firm leadership group to develop short- and long-range business development plans.

3. Identify those regions that will require architectural services provided by the company and maintain focus on growing the business.

4. Organize and screen leads to produce efficient procedure for scheduling contacts carried out by the leadership group

5. Support appropriate individuals who are assigned, scheduled and equipped to make the desired business development contacts

6. Architecture /Urban planning background is preferred. 5+ years of experience in the related industry .
