• ▪  High level strategic input and ability to lead effectively complex pitches and projects, with multiple

  deliverables

• ▪  Ability to guide and lead a team efficiently and effectively. Be a trustworthy and effective leader who people

  can look up to and learn from. Trusted and amicable—ease of work relationship with clients and internal

• ▪  Building and sustaining close cooperation relations with clients with overall and deep understanding for the

  marketing plan of clients—building a co-work and long term relationship that is rooted on trust and

  confidence in our delivery.

• ▪  Be exemplary in representing client, be able to stand up and command a room and speak about the client
  

• ▪  Creative input- need to be able to have meaningful discussion with the creative team, able to give POV to

  elevate quality of work

• ▪  Working existing and new networks to generate new business and grow existing client business

  Skills & Experience:

• ▪  Must be fluent in both English and Chinese

• ▪  Good knowledge in either of the area of branding, packaging, marketing, communication, advertising
