Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Business Manager / Director for a US Design firm focussing on Theme parks in their Beijing office.
This position is a mix of ambassador, liaison, strategist, educator, marketing agent, project scope writer, negotiator, dealmaker, leader and trusted friend. The ability and willingness to travel is necessary and the ability to build relationships and think entrepreneurially is of paramount importance.
This is a leadership position and requires you to maintain a positive team atmosphere within the business development department and the Company.
Required profile

– An entrepreneurial perspective with the ability to identify business opportunities and formulate business development strategies and follow though. Must be able to articulate deal structure to legal council.
