Archibat HR is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Architect) for an Established and Reputed Architectural Design firm to be based in their KSA Office. A medium-size office working on a wide range of large scale projects in ME regions.
Job description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of projects within defined financial targets and must have developed the appropriate communication skills with a sound ability to negotiate internally and externally in client and stakeholder relationships. They will be a lead interface with third parties which involves the selection of suppliers, agreement, planning, timelines, and quality of deliverables.
***Please note that besides Project Management responsibilities, the right candidate will also have a Business Development role***
Required profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture – Masters desirable.
- 10 years of experience
- AE Experience is a must
- Certified in PMP or PRINCE2
- Significant experience of leading and delivering complex projects, financials, major resources, including third party suppliers, and transition into operational service
- Ability to have the robust/difficult conversations with customer, third party suppliers and stakeholders
- Ability to plan for and manage risks in complex projects; and take swift, appropriate and decisive action to address issues.
- Familiar with project management software like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Asana for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
Position is to be based in Saudi Arabia.
