Archibat HR is looking for a Technical Service Manager / Maintenance Manager for a World Leading Hospitality Group to be based in Malaysia for a new resort to be opened soon.
The role:
- Integrating technical services means working rigorously to ensure the proper functioning of all technical installations on site for the well-being of customers and teams, in a secure environment.
- The Technical Manager organizes and manages the operation of the site’s technical department in order to ensure the long-term maintenance of assets, the operation of equipment and technical installations necessary for the commercial operation of the site in compliance with regulations and standards.
- He oversees and participates in the organization of safety of teams, customers and assets.
- He manages a team, a budget, service providers and companies on a daily basis in a spirit of performance research and continuous improvement.
