Archibat HR is seeking an HR Manager for a leading international architectural design firm to be based in their Dubai office.

Job description

A strategic and hands-on HR Manager to shape the people strategy and culture. In this pivotal role, you will lead a small team, partner directly with senior leadership, and drive key initiatives that enhance employee engagement and business performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s strategic goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the senior leadership team.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two HR professionals.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a best-practice approach.
  • Ensure full compliance with UK and UAE employment law.

Required profile

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Proven expertise in UK and UAE labor/employment legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while being willing to execute tactically.
  • A track record of building strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders.
  • Experience within a professional services, consultancy, or architectural design firm is a significant advantage.
  • History of stability and commitment in previous roles.
