Archibat HR is seeking a qualified Senior Architect for an International architecture and interior design firm with offices in UK and Middle East.

Job description

Responsibilities:
 
• End-to-End Project Leadership: Steer a diverse portfolio of projects from initial concept (RIBA 0) through to final handover (RIBA 7), ensuring seamless delivery at every stage.
• Champion Design Excellence: Be the driving force behind design innovation, merging creative vision with technical rigor to create work that defines our studio’s ethos.
 
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as a primary client liaison, building trusted partnerships and ensuring clear, effective communication with all consultants and stakeholders.
 
• Technical Oversight: Lead the production and review of all design documentation, from compelling concept presentations and planning submissions to meticulous construction details.
 
• Digital Workflow Leadership: Direct our BIM processes and foster multidisciplinary collaboration, leveraging your expert Revit skills.
 
• Project Stewardship: Take ownership of project health, managing budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver successful outcomes.
 
• Mentorship & Growth: Actively mentor junior architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
 
• Strategic Contribution: Play a key role in business development, design reviews, and shaping the studio’s future strategy.
 
• Cultural Advocate: Help cultivate our studio’s collaborative, inclusive, and design-obsessed culture.

Required profile

Qualifications & Experience:
 
• ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent) with 8–12 years of post-qualification experience.
 
• A proven track record of leading and delivering complex, high-profile architectural projects from concept to completion.
 
• An exceptional design sensibility and a portfolio that demonstrates innovation and a commitment to quality.
 
• Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the confidence to present and advocate for ideas.
 
• Deep technical proficiency in construction detailing, materials, and contract administration.
 
• Expert in Revit, with strong skills in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of computational design or ArchiCAD is a welcome bonus.
 
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and team mentoring abilities.
 
• Experience in business development or design competitions is highly regarded.
