Senior Interior Designer

Requirements:
– Has a Bachelor degree or Master degree in interior design;
– Must have 6-8 years work experiences in interior design, is experienced in design and concept development for hospitality projects including restaurants and hotels, or office and commercial space projects; Ability to participate in bidding for design proposals, and has a good design project portfolio;
– Must have a unique design concept and a keen sense of colors. Able to master modeling, drawing softwares and other office softwares, including but not limited to CAD/SU/ADOBE/OFFICE;
– Able to do design development independently; able to coordinate design work with different parties and have the ability to verify a complete set of construction drawings；possess the ability of innovative design thinking, and familiar with all kinds of materials and their technical flow process；have a deep realization of furniture brands and FF&E;
– Able to control the presentation of design; be familiar with the construction process, and good at communicating and co-ordinate issues; Candidates with rich experience in construction site management are preferred.
