Archibat HR is seeking an Architectural Designer to join one of our client in Singapore, an international architectural design firm.
This is a principal-led, boutique international firm founded over 25 years ago. It operates integrated studios in Singapore, New York, and Shanghai.
The practice is renowned for a holistic design approach, handling architecture, interiors, and landscape as one. Its focused portfolio consists of luxury residential properties, high-end hospitality projects (hotels/resorts), and selective commercial developments, all characterized by a serene, minimalist signature style.

About the Role
The Design Architect will be integral to shaping significant architectural projects from initial concept through design development. We are looking for a creative and driven professional with a robust portfolio in luxury resort and hospitality design.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and contribute to the design and development of architectural projects from concept stage
– Develop innovative and detailed design solutions for luxury hospitality environments
– Create compelling presentations, drawings, and models using industry-standard software
– Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout development
Required profile
Qualifications & Skills
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
– 8–10 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on luxury resort design
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and other relevant design software
– Excellent design sensibility and a thorough understanding of building systems, assemblies, and details
– Ability to think conceptually while developing practical, buildable solutions
