Archibat HR is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join one of our client in Singapore, an international architectural design firm.
This is a principal-led, boutique international firm founded over 25 years ago. It operates integrated studios in Singapore, New York, and Shanghai.
The practice is renowned for a holistic design approach, handling architecture, interiors, and landscape as one. Its focused portfolio consists of luxury residential properties, high-end hospitality projects (hotels/resorts), and selective commercial developments, all characterized by a serene, minimalist signature style.
Job description
The Role
The Senior Interior Designer will contribute to world-class interior architecture projects for discerning global clients. This position calls for a creative professional who excels in team collaboration and is skilled in client engagement across international contexts. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping prestigious projects and embodying the firm’s design ethos through articulate communication and refined design execution.
What You’ll Do
– Develop design concepts and detailed solutions in partnership with senior design leadership
– Lead and support client, consultant, and cross-regional team discussions
– Contribute to space planning, material curation, and FF&E coordination
– Create compelling drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
– Present design work and assist in project documentation
– Help ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with design standards
– Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration for integrated project outcomes
Required profile
Who You Are
– Hold a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
– Possess 6–7+ years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality interiors
– Demonstrate strong aesthetic judgment and attention to spatial relationships, details, and materials
– Communicate effectively—both written and verbal—with international clients and project teams
– Experience in Dubai, UAE, or the Middle East is preferred
– Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Revit is beneficial
– Highly organized, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple priorities
– A positive, collaborative contributor in a dynamic design studio setting
