This is a leadership role for a design-forward professional who thrives on crafting exceptional guest experiences and high-end living environments. Our client is looking for a strategic thinker who can elevate design standards while fostering strong, trust-based relationships with high-profile clients.
We are looking for a leader with a refined aesthetic and a comprehensive background in large-scale, complex projects. You will have a passion for storytelling through design and a proven ability to translate a client’s vision into a tangible reality. Your portfolio will demonstrate a deep understanding of luxury branding and operational efficiency within the hospitality and residential sectors.
Job description
Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership: Spearhead the design direction for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring concepts are innovative, cohesive, and aligned with the studio’s high standards.

Client & Business Development: Act as a key representative of the studio, cultivating lasting relationships with existing VIP clients and leveraging your network to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Project & Team Management: Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams through the entire project lifecycle, from initial concepts and design development to construction documentation and on-site administration.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the production of all design and architectural packages, ensuring they meet industry benchmarks and are delivered with precision and clarity.
Required profile
Qualifications & Profile

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

Experience: A minimum of a decade of post-graduate experience, with a significant portion dedicated to leading projects in the luxury segment.

Sector Expertise: A strong portfolio of work specifically within high-end hotels, luxury residential towers, and exclusive F&B venues.

Technical Skills: Proficient in industry-standard design software and well-versed in local building codes and construction methodologies.

Soft Skills: An outstanding communicator and presenter, comfortable interacting with C-level executives and design-savvy clients. You are as adept at sketching a concept as you are at negotiating a contract.
