Archibat Asia is looking for a Lead MEP designer for an international workplace design firm to join their Shanghai office,
 

Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • You will lead, manage and guide a team of professional MEP.
  • You will develop MEP concept from project specifications, with all technical supporting document.
  • You will check and evaluate MEP and material specifications for tender.
  • You will verify the material data sheets and material take off reports
  • You will prepare project estimation and validating the Project cost
  • You will assist and guide MEP team to achieve the project timelines
  • You will document, record and report on meetings, progress of jobs and construction completions from design & validation reports from Project Engineers.
  • You will incorporate learning from projects and customers feedback for design excellence. Guiding and training the team on technology up-gradation
  • You will maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.

Required profile

What We Expect

 

  • You have 8 to 10 Years of total work Experience, 3-4 years as a LEAD role
  • You have A Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or Electrical related
  • You have Team Leadership
  • You have good Communication
  • You have specialized software knowledgeYou know team Administration
  • You have thorough understanding of Engineering Standards
  • You know AutoCAD  application
