Work Location: Jiangsu Taicang
Contract: 1 Year
Job Objectives
Responsible for all-round HR management, support plant department head to design or guide people management system and approach, improve comprehensive competency of employees, enhance corporate culture propagada and carry out company organization optimization construction activities
Key Responsibilities
1. Implement recruitment resumes screen, conduct telephone interview and candidate coordination for interview.
2. Completed periodic recruitment evaluation report and problem feedback and summary
3. Training needs collection, training organize and materials preparation.
4. Support on company culture publicity and HR policy propaganda and employee activities organize.
5. Other work assigned by supervisor.
6. Staff complain information collection and inform management for solution.
7. Staff attendance management and reporting

λ Feedback from employee and department head & colleagues from other offices
λ Accuracy and timeliness of HR reports
Required profile
Job Qualifications
λ Bachelor degree holder
λ Solide HR qualification experience in a manufacturing environment.
λ Excellent command in written & spoken English. Good command of Putonghua is also essential
λ Can work under pressure and result-oriented
Demonstrated proficiency with commonly used office software, MS Excel, and HRIS reporting, etc.
Minimum 5 years work experience in HR generalist role
