产品设计经理 – Product Design Manager

Archibat Asia is looking for a Product Design Manager for a creative Scandinavian retail brand to join their Shanghai office.

Responsibilities职责描述：

1. Lead the industrial design, packaging design, store design and mechanical engineering team through all phases of the creative process;

负责产品创意设计研发所有环节中对工业设计、包装设计、门店设计及结构工程师团队的管理；

2. Plan and manage multiple projects, guide designers to deliver best creative solutions, and oversee design outputs of the team;  

规划和管理多个项目，指导设计师们产出最具创意的产品设计，监督把控团队的设计成果；

3. Coordinate between Founder, marketing, sales and production team to meet product launch deadlines.

协调沟通创始人,市场营销及生产团队提出的需求，确保满足产品上线期限；

4. Responsible for lead team in design research, data collecting & analysis and data mining of customer needs;

指导团队开展设计研究，数据收集、分析、挖掘用户需求；

5. Overall manage and follow up on responsible projects, make sure new product development and upgrading deliver on time and quality;

对所负责的项目进行有效管理和追踪, 按计划完成产品研发/升级工作；

6. Work closely with and provide guidance to engineers/designers, to coordinate on and tackle the issues of product appearance/structure/functionality, push all the work operates in high-efficiency before and after mass production;

与工程师紧密合作，协调外观方案与结构/功能设计上的问题点，高效率的推进产品量产前/后的各类工作；

7. Responsible for product packaging structure planning and design, material selecting and process validation, sample package functionality verification and acceptance;

产品包装结构的规划和设计、材质选用与工艺确定，样盒功能验证和签收；

8. Responsible for display props appearance and structure design (include: large display, display cabinet, table-stand display articles); sample functionality validation and acceptance; 

展示道具（大型展架、展柜和台式陈列用品）的外观和结构设计，样品功能验证和签收；

9. Lead team to complete other design projects as required; 

领导团队完成其它设计项目；
